Job Responsibilities: · Handle end-to-end processing, verification, and filing of raw material, packing material, and expense bills for Mumbai and Goa locations. · Manage vendor payments, statutory dues, NEFT/RTGS transactions, cheque preparation, and corporate card settlements within timelines. · Maintain petty cash, prepare daily bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate entries in the accounting system. · Support audits by preparing outstanding expenses reports, creditor ageing reports, and coordinating with internal/statutory auditors. · Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely financial reporting by maintaining systematic documentation and communication with all departments.
