Shetty Naik & Associates, Chartered Accountants are a professional services firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) having major client base in Corporate Sector (MNC’s), PSU’s, Mutual Fund, Banks, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, HNI’s etc., Job Responsibilities: · Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office · Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office · Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls · Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable · Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email · Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries · Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock · Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, etc. · Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management · Support the HR team in basic HR and admin-related activities. Desired Candidate Profile: · Should be either a graduate or undergraduate. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications · Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks · Age should be between 20 – 35 years. · Candidates from western and central line will be preferred.
