The Plant Operator will monitor and operate machinery, perform quality control checks, conduct regular maintenance, and operate forklifts as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the plant, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations. Qualifications Skills in Plant Operations and Maintenance Experience in Quality Control and Machine Operation Forklift Operation skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Relevant certifications or technical training in plant operations or a related field is a plus
