Experience: 2-3 years Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Service Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, preferably with reputed companies like Havells. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and servicing of electrical products such as switchgear, control panels, circuit protection devices, and home appliances. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical products at client sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in products including switchgear, MCBs, RCCBs, control panels, etc. Provide on-site and remote support to customers for servicing and repairs. Coordinate with the R&D and production teams for escalated technical issues. Maintain detailed service logs and reports for all customer interactions and interventions. Educate and train customers or local technicians on safe and correct usage of equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during all activities. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical product servicing, preferably in companies like Havells, Crompton, Schneider Electric, etc. Sound knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and power distribution. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals. Proficient in the use of testing instruments and diagnostic tools.
