SEO Executive (3–4 Years Experience) Location: Remote / Hybrid (Pune Preferred) Team: Marketing | Reports to: VP Growth & Customer Success About Us At Infysion, we’re not your average IT Services firm. From Cloud to AI to Product Engineering — our work powers real impact in industries like Manufacturing, Energy, and Industrial Tech, mostly in the US. We are now building a lean and high-impact Inbound Marketing team to fuel our demand-generation engine. The Role We’re looking for an SEO Executive who gets the modern SEO game. This isn’t about stuffing keywords or chasing vanity traffic. It’s about owning organic growth — driving the right traffic, improving discoverability, and converting searchers into leads. If you’re someone who: Loves solving the SEO puzzle (and not just ticking boxes) Knows the difference between ranking and relevance Can work cross-functionally with content, design & dev Then you’ll love it here. What You'll Own Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical) Keyword research based on real ICP & buying journeys SEO-first content ideas in sync with the Content team Optimize site structure, fix technical issues, speed things up Build high-quality backlinks (no spammy stuff) Monitor and improve via GA4, GSC and other tools What You Bring 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably B2B/IT Services) Strong grip on algorithms, E-E-A-T, intent mapping, and topical authority Experience improving rankings, traffic & conversions for service-led businesses Tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog don’t scare you Bonus: Experience with CMS (WordPress/Webflow), basic HTML/CSS, YouTube/Video SEO What You’ll Get A seat at the table with leadership on real growth decisions The freedom to experiment, build, and scale what works A fast-moving, learning-driven culture (without the chaos) Flexibility to work remotely, with in-person connects if you're in Pune Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
