Senior Solutions Analyst (Servicenow)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow implementation, requirement gathering, and process optimization . The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support the development of ServiceNow solutions. Experience with JIRA board management is required, and knowledge of Scrum methodologies is a plus. About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules. Hands-on experience for Agile project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What will you be doing in this role? Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document ServiceNow requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow development. Work with developers to configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions before deployment. It Will Be Great If You Have Experience with Scrum methodologies and Agile project management. Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning. ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) or other ServiceNow certifications. Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies. Experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting. Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
