RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant systems for one of the world s fastest growing startups Understand the customer needs; design & implement Envision project goals, product architectural solutions with a high focus on detail to ensure successful implementation Articulate complex problems communicating viable architecture and design approaches in a clear and concise manner Occasionally participate in customer demos & provide inputs wherever required Keep optimizing & automating mundane tasks You'll be a core member of the team. Individual growth is important to us. We schedule time every week to explore an interest or learn something new. Team members have also used it to do everything from learning new algorithms to playing with the new framework, to exploring what the new analytics layer could be used for. We also take some time each day to discuss what we're working on, and even pair program to teach each other about parts of the codebase. There's no risk of stagnation in this job, you would still be hands-on after a few years. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale and go deep on our technical capabilities. 3 - 6 years of professional development experience Hands on experience with C# and .Net framework development Excellent debugging skills UI Automation Framework Expertise (Good to have) Java, Javascript and Node.js experience (Good to have) Electron/NW.js & Browser Extension development (Good to have) Work experience, preferably from internet companies, products or startups Expertise in Data-structures and strong problem solving skills Expertise in design principles and their application Strong verbal and written communication skills Fast Learner & a Team Player
