Job Description

Description We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Resident in General Medicine to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to case discussions. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation. Skills and Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Completion of internship in a reputed hospital. Strong understanding of general medicine principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Proficient in performing clinical procedures relevant to general medicine. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
