Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for industrial projects from concept to completion. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and coordination. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Job Requirements : 18-25 years of experience in real estate development or a related field (industrial projects). Strong background in project management principles, including planning, scheduling, controlling, and risk management. Proven track record of successfully managing complex industrial projects from start to finish.
