Job Title: Senior Project Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of project leadership experience , specifically in managing complex integration projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, align cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact initiatives that connect platforms, systems, and business workflows. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous integration projects , from planning through execution and deployment. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define scope, goals, and integration points between systems (e.g., APIs, ERPs, CRMs, middleware). Develop and maintain detailed project schedules , budgets, resource plans, and risk logs. Facilitate communication between engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure successful integration outcomes. Identify dependencies, manage risk proactively, and implement contingency plans where needed. Ensure documentation and compliance with integration standards, security protocols, and data governance policies. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and issues. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing future integration processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. 8+ years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on system or application integration . Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams and geographies. Strong understanding of integration concepts such as APIs, ETL, data mapping, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly preferred. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience Background in enterprise application integration (EAI) , SaaS platforms, or IT transformation programs. Familiarity with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) or custom API frameworks. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
