Job Summary: As a Sales Operations Executive, you will support the sales team with insights, tools, and processes that help drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh MBA graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in tech sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Support sales teams with day-to-day operations including lead management, pipeline tracking, CRM data hygiene, and reporting. Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain and update sales dashboards, performance reports, and forecasting models. Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, finance, and delivery teams for smooth sales execution. Assist in sales planning activities including territory planning, quota allocation, and incentive management. Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the sales cycle. Manage documentation and compliance for RFPs, proposals, and client onboarding. Skills & Qualifications: MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institute. 02 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar role. (Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome.) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
