Senior Product Manager

MantriAI is hiring a Senior Product Manager for one of India's largest B2B e-commerce companies.

Are you passionate about solving complex business problems, building products from 0 to 1, and driving measurable business outcomes?

We're looking for a business-oriented product professional who can take ownership of the complete product lifecycle — from identifying problems and defining product strategy to execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.
  

• Identify customer, business, and operational challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  

• Drive 0-to-1 product initiatives and take ownership from problem discovery through measurable outcomes.
  

• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.
  

• Define product priorities, make trade-offs, and align roadmaps with business objectives.
  

• Track product and business metrics to improve adoption, efficiency, and overall impact.
  

• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and execution plans.
  

• Work with stakeholders across business functions, including procurement, finance, and supply chain, wherever relevant.
  

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
  

• Strong end-to-end product ownership, from problem discovery to post-launch improvements.
  

• Proven 0-to-1 product-building experience with measurable business outcomes.
  

• Strong business problem-solving, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills.
  

• Experience working closely with Engineering and business stakeholders.
  

• Ability to make product decisions, manage trade-offs, and operate in ambiguous environments.
  

• Experience in B2B e-commerce, marketplaces, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise products will be an advantage.
  

• Clear ownership of product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  

• Strong examples of products you've built from scratch and the business impact they delivered.
  

• A metrics-driven approach to product development and continuous improvement.
  

• The ability to bridge business needs and technology execution.
