Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies specific to the real estate and construction sector. Generate leads through both direct client engagement and channel partners. Identify and build relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and local brokers. Conduct detailed market research to evaluate trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Design, manage, and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) for project promotions. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing plans with sales goals. Prepare and present performance reports, client feedback, and marketing ROI analysis. Stay updated on construction and real estate industry trends for strategic planning. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Drive proposal development, lead client negotiations, and support deal closures.
