Civil Engineer/ Supervisor

Job Description : We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in handling government construction projects (residential, infrastructure, or institutional buildings). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing execution, compliance with specifications, and coordination with government authorities and contractors. Key Responsibilities : Manage site execution as per project timelines and specifications. Liaise with government departments, consultants, and vendors. Prepare and verify BOQs, DPRs, and RA bills. Ensure compliance with government norms, tender conditions, and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors. Track project progress and prepare reports. Conduct quality checks and material approvals. Required Skills : Strong knowledge of CPWD/ PWD specifications, government contract procedures. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple site operations and lead a team. Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5–6 years of relevant experience in handling government projects. Preferred Candidates : Experience with CPWD, MES, NBCC, PWD, or other government clients . Familiarity with tender documentation, contract management, and billing.
