Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Develop enterprise applications using Java 8 and Java EE standards.
- Implement scalable backend solutions using Spring Boot.
- Design and develop Microservices-based applications.
- Build dynamic web applications using JSP and Servlets.
- Develop reusable, secure, and maintainable software components.
- Implement business logic using EJB 3.2.
Microservices & API Development
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
- Build scalable and fault-tolerant Microservices architectures.
- Ensure high availability and performance of backend services.
- Implement secure API communication and integration patterns.
- Apply industry-standard design patterns and coding practices.
AWS Cloud Development
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS cloud platforms.
- Work with AWS services including:
- EC2
- Lambda
- S3
- API Gateway
- CloudWatch
- Support cloud-native application modernization initiatives.
- Implement monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization strategies.
- Participate in cloud migration and deployment activities.
Architecture & Design
- Participate in technical architecture and system design discussions.
- Review technical designs and provide implementation recommendations.
- Contribute to application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with architecture standards and engineering practices.
Quality & Performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Ensure application quality through testing and continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve development processes and delivery quality.
