Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Delhi Experience: Minimum 4 Years (Relevant Experience in Inside Sales) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream) Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience in inside sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients. Understand client needs and offer solutions/products that best suit their requirements. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to close sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the field sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and CRM software. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred Attributes: Experience in [industry/domain, if applicable – e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Education, etc.]. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
