Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR team, while coaching and developing team members. Ensure smooth execution of all HR processes. Drive strategic talent acquisition by improving sourcing channels and focusing on quality of hire and attrition reduction. Deliver hiring metrics and prepare insightful MIS reports and dashboards for business stakeholders. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations. Manage and optimize HRIS and other digital HR systems. Lead HR projects focused on system upgrades, process improvements, and organizational change. Oversee onboarding and exit processes to ensure smooth employee transitions. Administer contract labour in compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies. Liaise with government officials and external bodies to maintain favourable regulatory relations. Handle employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and legal matters as per compliance. Conduct HR audits to ensure data integrity and full compliance with policies and laws. Education: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Engineering with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources 15-20 years of experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Location: Powai Mumbai Show more Show less
