Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute compelling design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strong leadership, attention to detail, and innovation—creating designs that communicate brand narratives effectively and inspire engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for brand campaigns, digital content, packaging, social media, and marketing materials Lead and mentor junior designers; provide feedback to ensure quality and brand consistency Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality Stay updated with the latest trends in design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus) Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print design Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Effective communication skills and ability to present and articulate design choices Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): We must fill this position urgently.
