Job Responsibilities: Planning, monitoring, execute and review of preventive maintenance schedules ,Breakdown, major overhauls of equipments and maintenance of building such as painting, maintaining finishes. Fault finding abd breakdown maintenance experience required on following pharma formulation Areas equipments like Granulation ,compression, coating ,capsule filling and packing area equipments as below: Granulation area equipments like: FBD, FBP, Blenders, RMG, PLM, sifters, cadmill, multimill, stirrers. Compression area equipments like: Korsch compression, Legacy, Sejong, Cadmach & Fette Coating area equipments like: Neo cota, Kevin cota , ganson coater etc. Capsule filling machines like :MG2 capsule filling machine, AF90T,ZRO 200T,AF40 T. Packing area Equipments like :BQs blister machine ,Ulhmann blister machine ,CVC tablet counter, Cartonators etc. Preparation of initial drawing, activity chart, budgets for new plans regarding area modification and machine installation & Modify area as per requirement. Training & Evaluation to the subordinates. Guidance & Allocation of work to engineers & technicians to maintain breakdown time & Review of breakdowns in the plant and maintaining machines to minimize downtime. Maintaining spares of machines, equipment, raising requisitions as & when required and update the stock level. Prepare, Check and Review the GMp documents. Prepare and check of QMS Documentation such as SOP, CCF, Deviation, Risk assessment, CAPA, event, investigation & Qualification such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ for all equipments. Installation & commissioning of equipments. Preparation of initial drawing, activity chart, budgets for new plans regarding area modification and machine installation & Modify area as per requirement. Maintaining & practicing all safety measures & to perform Accident Investigations, Root cause finding Activity. Operation, Monitoring and approval the SAP related work. To verify door interlocking , access control system. To ensure all procedures as per current guidelines. To ensure compliance of ethical conduct & data integrity policy Raising Purchase requisition/ Capex for equipment/system as when required To assist Dept. Head in modifications to improve performance Execution, completion of audit responses from time to time To co-ordinate with cross functional departments about day to day production plan and their requirement. Monitoring and control expenditure on energy and maintenance Designee for Head of Department to handle functions of Engineering Departments for preventive maintenance checklist and breakdown notes. To explore and implemented the energy conservation and cost saving proposal Preparation of initial drawing, activity chart, budgets for new plans regarding area modification and machine installation & Modify area as per requirement Modifications of machines to improve performance & Co-ordination and follow with vendor for installation of new equipment and modification.
