Job Description

About You Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field Experience in tax technology implementation. Enhance and support tax software system. Vertex knowledge and experience is preferred. Experience enhancing and supporting Oracle Financials modules including EBTax, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables. Implement Tax Engine updates and patches as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the Tax Engine system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax calculations. SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting Proficiency in using API technologies (REST, SOAP) for integration purposes. Good to have Boomi integration platform knowledge. Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive and have the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment. Must provide the necessary skills to have a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results. Possesses strong communication skills -- both verbal and written - and strong relationship,collaborative skills and organizational skills. Knowledge of development process including GIT, Jenkins
