About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Design and develop complex backend systems using Ruby on Rails 2. Own end-to-end feature development, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and scaling 3. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions 4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers 5. Possess 5+ years of experience with backend systems and strong expertise in Ruby on Rails 2. Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering production-grade software in fast-paced environments 3. Have experience working with Kafka and RabbitMQ, Docker, Microsoft Azure, and GraphQL 4. Hold prior experience with LLMs and OpenAI API integrations 5. Exhibit high levels of ownership, accountability, and autonomy 6. Display excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical teams and clients 7.
