Job Description: We are looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Customer Service Executive with prior experience in the travel industry . The ideal candidate should be proficient in GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and other travel-related tools. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, resolving travel issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
