Technical senior Analyst- Job Description As a Trellix ePO Blackberry Workspace, MDM, Titus Dataclassification L2 Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to the Trellix ePO (Endpoint Protection Optimization) system. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Your expertise in the Trellix ePO platform will be essential in delivering high-quality support to customers. Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure overall health of all Trellix ePO Blackberry Workspace, MDM, Titus Dataclassification components including platforms on which it is installed. Collaborate with Level 3 support teams to escalate and triage issues efficiently. Conduct in-depth analysis of ePO logs, events, and data to identify root causes and trends. Assist in the configuration, installation, and deployment of the Trellix ePO solution for clients. The incidents related to platforms to be handled and escalation to next level if requires. Troubleshooting of issues related to Blackberry Workspace, MDM, Titus Dataclassification components Identify root cause and take corrective/preventive actions. Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders. Proficiency with management of Proxy / WAF / NDLP Experience in working with Windows, Linux, Unix environment. Incident, problem, service request management & configuration management of Proxy / WAF / NDLP solutions Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures. Deploying and maintaining access and security policies for Proxy / WAF / NDLP solutions Maintaining service levels as well as oversight of the day-to-day configuration, administration, and monitoring of the network security infrastructure in a 24 / 7 Co-ordination with OEM s for TAC support, RMA, replacement & reconfiguration of faulty devices / appliances. Required Skills/Abilities: Good knowledge about McAfee EPO, EDR, Titus & MDM Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices. Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner. This also includes any platform upgrades also released / recommended by OEM from time to time. Conduct periodic reviews with OEM and Client management team To Work on 24X7 rotational shifts. Submit daily / monthly / quarterly reports SLA compliance reports Experience. Good to have experience/knowledge about McAfee Application Control/proxy Web gateway. Excellent leadership abilities. Ability to problem-solve under pressure. Qualifications B. E/BTech/B.SC with minimum 4-5-year experience required in Trellix ePO, Blackberry Workspace, MDM, Titus Dataclassification Preferable Certification: s CEH/ CISA/CISM/ISO 27001/CCNA/RHEL/MCSA/UNIX
