We’re seeking a Senior AI Engineer who thrives on working with data, automating pipelines, and creating reliable backend systems that serve the needs of intelligent agents and enterprise AI applications. Role Overview As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing robust AI and data pipelines that power our core products and solutions. You’ll work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to operationalize data and make AI insights reliable and actionable. Key Responsibilities Design and develop ETL pipelines for both structured and unstructured data sources Create and manage data workflows, including scheduled cron jobs and batch/streaming pipelines Implement and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions Work with MongoDB, SQL, and other data storage tools for managing enterprise-scale datasets Integrate and manage pub/sub architectures using tools like Kafka and Redis Build and deploy FastAPI-based microservices that serve AI model outputs or support internal tools Collaborate on early-stage Agentic AI projects, contributing to infrastructure and data workflows Write clean, scalable, and well-documented Python code following best practices Must-Have Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong focus on Python Proven experience building data-centric backend systems Deep understanding of ETL pipelines, APIs, and data processing best practices Proficiency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases Exposure to streaming/messaging systems like Kafka, Redis, or RabbitMQ Experience in scheduling and managing automated jobs (e.g., Cron, Airflow, Prefect) Nice to Have Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks Exposure to Agentic AI concepts or frameworks (e.g., LangChain, crewAI, AutoGen) Familiarity with deploying services on AWS, GCP, or Azure Why Join Us?
