- Manage full accounting operations using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Handle daily payments, bank transactions, and project-wise accounting
- Prepare and verify Client RA bills, Final bills, Vendor bills, Debit/Credit notes
- Ensure proper vendor reconciliation, subcontractor payments, and client receivables
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI compliances and returns
- Liaise with banks for RTGS/NEFT, OD limits, Bank Guarantees (BG), LC documents
- Maintain MIS reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow
- Coordinate with audit teams and ensure strict financial compliance
- 610 years of relevant accounting experience in a Construction / EPC environment
- Work experience under a Chartered Accountant or CA-supervised environment is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, taxation, and project billing
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime & MS Excel
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
