Role & responsibilities Oversee physical security and safety operations across manufacturing units of Balaji Amines Limited . Ensure implementation and compliance with security policies, rules, and safety norms to maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Supervise the deployment, functioning, and training of outsourced security/guarding personnel . Monitor daily security operations including: Gate pass issuance Entry/exit of vehicles Visitor registration and tracking Preferred candidate profile Graduate from any recognized university. Ex-Defence personnel with 0 -3 years of experience in Corporate Security. Familiar with relevant security equipment, policies, procedures, government regulations, and laws .
