You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's operational technology (OT) security. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop and implement security strategies to protect operational technology (OT) systems. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions. Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the security posture of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Security Operations Monitoring. Strong understanding of security architecture principles and best practices. Knowledge of network security protocols and technologies. Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing security policies. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to OT security. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security. This position is based at our Kolkata office.
