Experience : 1 - 2 Years | Location - Mysore - Karnataka Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Trafficker with at least 1-2 years of experience in driving traffic across various social media platforms. As a Social Media Trafficker, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring high-quality traffic, engagement, and conversions for our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Traffic Optimization: Monitor and adjust strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation through social media channels. Audience Targeting: Define and implement strategies to target specific audiences and ensure the right content reaches the right people. Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance. Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets for social media advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting business goals. A/B Testing: Run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other elements to identify the best-performing strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Good Communication: Speaking to clients via call, email and chatting. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, traffic generation, and ad optimization. Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and other key social media advertising tools. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing campaigns. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, from setup to reporting. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating with teams. Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to spot trends and discrepancies in data. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in social media platforms and marketing trends.
