Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Manager to lead SAP technical delivery, architecture, development and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing complex SAP environments, leading technical teams and ensuring successful implementation, enhancement and support of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical architecture, development, implementation and integration initiatives.
• Oversee SAP technical teams and manage end-to-end technical delivery.
• Drive SAP system upgrades, migrations, enhancements and performance optimisation.
• Manage SAP integration with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, quality benchmarks and project timelines.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders and project management teams.
• Identify technical risks and provide solutions for complex implementation challenges.
• Manage resource allocation, technical reviews and delivery governance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, development and integration frameworks.
• Experience in managing SAP implementation, support and transformation projects.
• Hands-on or leadership experience in SAP Basis Administration, including system administration, configuration, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing enterprise-level engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements.

Preferred Expertise

• SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP and integration technologies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
