About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to generate and convert leads. Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain regular client follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Update and maintain call records, sales reports, and client databases. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / business development. Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude. Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
