About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of personalized, data-driven marketing journeys across digital touchpoints. You will play a key role in enhancing consumer and guest experiences through tailored campaigns deployed via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, etc.). Develop and optimize personalized user journeys for customers across platforms — including websites, mobile apps, guest portals, parks, and digital advertising. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Product, Creative) to translate business goals into technical campaign strategies. Leverage data segmentation and behavioral insights to drive engagement and conversion. Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, with detailed QA, testing, and deployment plans. Analyze campaign performance metrics and iterate to improve ROI and user experience. Stay up to date with the latest features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and recommend improvements. Key Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud . Proficiency in tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder. Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing. Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email personalization and automation. Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with websites, mobile apps, and advertising platforms. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant). Experience working in hospitality, retail, or experience-driven industries. Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
