About the job Sales & Business Development Identify and acquire new clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and field sales. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and B2B partners. Generate leads and convert them into sales by offering tailored travel packages. Marketing & Promotions Collaborate with designers to create engaging promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and travel expos. Customer Relationship Management Understand client requirements and offer customized travel solutions. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support. Address client queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing (travel industry experience preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of online marketing tools, social media, and digital advertising. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
