Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and technology, with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the EdTech sector. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, reaching sales targets, and promoting our comprehensive range of products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the education sector, including K-12 schools, colleges, and universities. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, teachers, and decision-makers. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our EdTech solutions. - Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively. - Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs and trends. - Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the EdTech space. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback on customer insights to management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech industry or related fields. - Strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with educational software, online learning platforms, or similar technologies. - Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices. - A passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes.
