Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote our laboratory and diagnostic services to doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Your role will focus on building relationships with healthcare professionals, generating leads, and driving service adoption. Key Responsibilities: Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals regularly to promote our services Educate healthcare professionals on available tests, pricing, and benefits Generate leads and convert them into active clients Meet and exceed sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery Report on market trends and competitor activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science or Business background a plus) 1+ year of experience in medical or healthcare sales preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven and goal-oriented Must be willing to travel locally What We Offer: Fixed salary + attractive incentives Travel allowance Training and career growth opportunities Health benefits (if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
