You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets, emphasizing both Enterprise and B2C sales. Collaborate on strategic plans, deploy resources effectively, and adapt strategies based on market conditions and performance feedback. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets to expand our customer base. This includes conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Product Presentation and Contract Negotiation: Present company products and services to potential customers, addressing their requirements. Negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals while meeting the needs of both parties. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant market information. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience. Share valuable insights to enhance overall business performance. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to remain well-informed and contribute to strategic decision-making. Qualifications and Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in Enterprise and B2C sales. Employees should have a background in the Building Material industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical aspects of chemical products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Proactive and results-oriented approach to sales. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Strong organizational and time management skills. Adept at maintaining positive customer relationships.
