Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join our team at R L Tours and Travels. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. Qualifications and Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills • Customer service-oriented with a keen focus on customer satisfaction • Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services • Effective time management and organizational skills • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry • Proficiency in product knowledge and ability to educate customers about our offerings Roles and Responsibilities • Promote and sell our customized travel and holiday packages to individuals and groups • Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
