Territory management: ASMs are responsible for managing their assigned territory, including identifying key customers and prospects. Sales monitoring and reporting: ASMs track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to monitor progress towards targets. 2. Team Management: Recruiting and hiring: ASMs may be involved in recruiting and hiring sales representatives. Training and development: ASMs provide training and mentorship to their team, helping them develop their sales skills. Motivation and leadership: ASMs motivate their team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Performance evaluation: ASMs conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to their team members. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships: ASMs build strong relationships with key customers and distributors within their territory. Gathering customer feedback: ASMs collect feedback from customers to improve products and services. Addressing customer issues: ASMs promptly address any customer issues or concerns. 4.
