Meeting the Customer service standards Overall management of Cash tills Ensuring SOPs related to the department are followed. Timely generation of data Making Store reports DC & DSD GRN Follow up of premium sales enquiry Improving the checkout productivity. · Coordinating with customer service desk for query resolution · Coordinating and ensuring that store level promotions are communicated properly. · Bringing in improvements in customer service by tracking and resolving customer grievances. · Reducing shrinkage through proper cash management SOPs. · Driving loyalty card issuance and its usage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: store manager: 5 years (Preferred) total work: 5 years (Preferred) Retail management: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
