Website: WatchYourHealth Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the sales function for the GCC region, driving growth and expanding WatchYourHealth’s footprint in the insurance sector through AI-driven solutions. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, focusing on high-value targets and decision-makers in the insurance, healthcare, and SaaS industries. Lead Generation Oversight: Supervise and mentor a team of lead generation specialists to identify, nurture, and convert leads into long-term client relationships. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Build strong, consultative relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning WatchYourHealth’s solutions to deliver measurable impact. Sales Funnel Optimization: Ensure a smooth sales pipeline by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing sales processes, and implementing best practices for lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on company goals, product offerings, and sales initiatives. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed and exceed their targets. Revenue Generation: Take ownership of sales revenue and targets for the GCC region, ensuring business growth through strategic deals and partnerships. Reporting & Analytics: Regularly analyze sales performance, report on key metrics, and implement corrective actions to drive results. Utilize CRM tools to track performance, monitor sales cycles, and maintain comprehensive records. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings, ensuring WatchYourHealth is positioned as a market leader in the InsurTech space. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership or business development, with a proven track record in the insurance, healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and a strong grasp of strategic sales execution. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with experience in mentoring and growing high-performing sales teams. Client-Centric Approach: Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and stakeholders, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges. Sales Expertise: Strong experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing complex deals. Knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms is essential. Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop long-term sales strategies and lead a team to execute them effectively, with a focus on results. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers across diverse industries. Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven, with a strong sense of accountability for sales outcomes.
