Job Description

Company: SBEPL Objective: To generate quality leads by visiting residential and commercial societies, high-rise buildings, and sites. Pitch elevator maintenance, modernization, and installation services to society heads, facility managers, and builders, and align meetings with decision-makers to drive business growth. Role & Responsibilities: Conduct daily visits to buildings, societies, and ongoing construction sites. Identify potential prospects for elevator maintenance, modernization, or new installation. Collect key decision-maker details (e.g., society president, facility manager, builder). Educate potential clients on SBEPL's offerings and technical advantages. Explain how services can solve problems like outdated elevators, downtime, or safety risks. Use brochures, presentations, or demo videos during pitches. Schedule formal meetings for the senior sales or technical team with interested parties. Ensure smooth follow-up and coordination for site assessments or audits if needed. Gather insights on ongoing or upcoming elevator projects. Track competitor activities and customer feedback from the field. Identify new areas or societies that might need elevator upgrades. Log all field visits, contacts, and conversations in the lead management system or CRM. Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the Sales Manager. Track personal targets and performance regularly. Build long-term relationships with society heads, maintenance teams, and real estate developers. Maintain follow-up calls and visits to convert leads into closed deals. Represent SBEPL professionally with proper dress code, ID, and materials. Ensure ethical practices in dealing with customers and site personnel.
