DIGITERIA is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in corporate gifting and educational admission kits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets.

POSITION DETAILS

- Job Title: Sales Executive

- Industry: Corporate Gifting & Educational Products

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000

- Sales Incentive: 2.5% of the Total Order Value

- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Job Nature: Target-Based

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and acquire new clients across corporate and educational sectors.

- Generate leads and develop business opportunities with companies, schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

- Promote and sell corporate gifting solutions and admission kits.

- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and order closure.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate order fulfilment.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance.

ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.

- A target-driven approach with a focus on achieving results.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email communication.

- Prior experience in sales or business development will be an advantage.

- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Sales Incentive: 2.5% of the total order value

Performance: Target-based role with additional earnings linked to sales performance.
