Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive cum Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand business opportunities. The role involves identifying potential clients, closing sales, and managing long-term business growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and product demonstrations. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions and client satisfaction. Develop strategic plans to increase market share and achieve sales goals. Handle negotiations and close business deals professionally. Monitor competitor activities and adjust business strategies accordingly. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and sales data. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Preferred: Willingness to travel for business purposes.
