Job Title: Sales Executive - Swimming Pool Construction Experience: 2+ years Location : Goa Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the swimming pool construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to approach and secure new business. 2. Build and maintain relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty. 3. Conduct needs assessments: Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their swimming pool construction projects. 4. Prepare and present proposals: Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services. 5. Negotiate contracts: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are met. 6. Meet sales targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the business.
