Revenue Generation & Target Achievement οΎ· Proactively contact and engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings οΎ· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial situations οΎ· Clearly explain complex insurance products, coverage options, and benefits across health, travel, pet, and SME lines οΎ· Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients where appropriate οΎ· Recommend complementary coverage options that address clients' comprehensive insurance needs οΎ· Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives οΎ· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across all product lines οΎ· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth and retention οΎ· Specialize in re-engaging and converting digital drop-off leads from the contact center who abandoned their purchase journey Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence οΎ· Oversee the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and proactive service delivery οΎ· Implement customer satisfaction initiatives and feedback mechanisms to ensure high levels of client retention οΎ· Resolve complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty οΎ· Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other strategic partners to enhance service delivery οΎ· Build and maintain relationships with clients for potential renewals and referrals Show more Show less
