About the job: We are hiring a Sales Consultant for Divas Club, A Brand in the Personal Styling & Grooming Services space. Divas Club is a women-led personal-styling and grooming service-based company in Gurugram. Our team of trained stylists helps Indian women discover clothing, colours, and grooming habits that suit their body, skin tone, and lifestyle. From quick WhatsApp tips to full video consultations, we keep our advice practical, budget-friendly, and easy to follow. Our goal is simple: to make everyday women feel confident, polished, and ready for any occasion. Key responsibilities: 1. Call & chat with warm leads (WhatsApp + phone) and build rapport fast. 2. Connect/Call with our existing buyers to pitch our next style service 3. Understand style worries in simple, empathetic language for better pitch. 4. Explain our 1-on-1 Style Consultation show how it meets their exact needs. 5. Handle questions and objections (price, time, results). 6. Close the sale & Update CRM / Google Sheets with notes, status, and follow-ups the same day. 7. Share feedback with the marketing team so scripts and offers keep getting better. Requirements: 1. 1-3 years phone or chat sales (ed-tech, beauty, D2C, banking any service where you sold on a call). 2. Fluent Hindi & English with a clear, confident tone. 3. Own smartphone, laptop, and reliable broadband. 4. Comfortable working on 2 Saturdays, 10 AM - 6 PM IST. 5. Basic Google Sheets / email know-how. 6. Interest in fashion, beauty, or self-improvement. 7. Background in selling digital products, courses, or coaching. Pay & Perks: 1. Fixed salary: 20,000 - 25,000 (based on experience). 2. Incentives: Uncapped commission on every consultation you close. 3. Training: Product knowledge, proven scripts, and weekly coaching. 4. Growth path: Senior Consultant Team Lead Sales Manager. Note: 1. Targets (KPIs) a. Close rate and warm leads 30 % b. Average response time (during shift) 2 minutes 2. Work Setup a. Monday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays off each month. b. All Indian public holidays are observed. c. Fully remote for out-station hires Start Date: We prefer candidates who can join immediately or within 10 days.
