Job Description for Sales & Service Engineer/Asst. Manager We are looking for Sales & Service Engineer/Asst. Manager for Steel, Mining and Foundry industry. Positions: 1 Qualification and Experience: Experience: 3-7 years (sales in Steel, Mining and Foundry industry) Qualification : DME - BE - Mech/MBA Marketing Salary: (as per experience) Location: Punjab, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh. Role: Sales & Service Engineer/Asst. Manager Industry Type: Engineering & Manufacturing Department: Sales & Service Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Sales & Service Duties & Responsibilities: Identifying and develop new markets, handling lead generation and Client retention through Symposiums, Seminars, exhibitions, etc Exploring new business opportunities, new market development, conduct sales exhibitions. Managing existing customers, regular customer visits, target achievement, relationship development, regular reporting, & market updates Creating presentation, develop new potential customers. Using various marketing strategies and tools to provide effective service to customer concerns. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Responsible for Sales & Marketing activity PAN India Deciding the Business Strategy towards companys goals. Generate customers inquiries and attend after sales, service calls. Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements. Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments. Profile and Monitoring of Sales. Required Skills and Abilities: Equipment sales in Steel, Mining and Foundry industry is a must. Should have healthy communication skill with customers and regular visits to their sites are must. Proven experience in sales/technical sales role in the Steel, Mining and Foundry industry is a must. Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Knowledge of Mechanical (Steel, Mining and Foundry industry) related field. Commissioning of machines will be an added advantage. PAN India Sales of Capital goods, SPM Machines, Sales of Capital Equipment, sales of capital equipment, vibration machines, conveyors, apron conveyors, furnace changers etc Business Development background knowledge Should focus on BBC target (Booking-Billing-Collection) Key Account Management, P & L Accountability, Brand Management, Value Engineering, New Strategies, new product development Excellent communication, interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Auto-cad Willingness to travel, should have planned sales travel for 10-12 days per month to visit new and existing customers.
