Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, showing properties, and guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective buyers. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Negotiate offers and prepare sale agreements. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal requirements, and available inventory. Build strong client relationships and maintain a database of leads and contacts. Collaborate with marketing to promote listings via digital and traditional channels. Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the transaction process.
