Job Title : Sales Account Manager Job Location : Thoothukudi Salary : As per Company Standards Experienced : 3 to 7 Years Roles and Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory. Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and product positioning. Account Management Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues effectively. Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with the supply chain team for smooth deliveries. Sales Performance & Reporting Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales transactions, and account details. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Engage in customer visits, meetings, and product presentations. Educate customers about product benefits, quality standards, and certifications. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to enhance brand loyalty. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of edible oil products, market dynamics, and supply chain . Proven experience in B2B & B2C sales, account management, and distribution handling . Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills . Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast market trends . Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM software . Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
