This person will help in setting up the Food business in Gurgaon (Sector 51 or Sector 57). Note that we currently operate from a flat in a residential society. Responsibilities Procure the items needed for our food business such as sweet boxes, pouches, and packaging material Manage the food preparation/packaging/delivery operations Manage online and offline sales and marketing including preparing the marketing and sales material Assist and manage the stalls at malls and farmers markets on weekends/early mornings/evenings Recruit cooks and relevant staff Maintain the records of food preparations Drive organic and other required certifications of company's products Maintain employees attendance records and payments Any other tasks that come up - we are a startup company Qualifications Any undergraduate degree - candidates with degree or certificate in food science or food processing or related fields will be preferred Persons with leadership and self-driving capabilities will be successful in this role Freshers are welcome Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency or ability to learn quickly Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise, and lead the work
