The primary objectives of this role are to cultivate robust relationships with both existing and prospective customers, drive sales by maximizing the utilization of our entire product range, identify new product opportunities through market research and customer interactions, and effectively promote and launch new products into the market. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Demand Plan Attainment : Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained, balancing the need to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
